Involved in family business of manufacturing power transformers. Added a value after joining the organization. Increased operations in 8 different new states . Introduced star rating transformers in the company. Mr. Shobhit Shaikhar is Founder, Managing Director and also the Promoter of our Company. He is looking after core management of the company and entrepreneur, active and enthusiastic in business activities. He has been instrumental in taking major policy decision of the Company. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of our Company. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our Company. Revived a sick plastic recycling unit and made it profitable within 3 months of operation with an annual production of 100,000 tonnes. He commands a precision in operations and eye to details in manufacturing.

Shobhit Shaikhar

Founder & Managing Director(BBM, MBA)

Mr. Shantanu Shaikhar. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science). He has a profound experience in Entertainment/Theater production industry and brings in the vast experience of building business across borders and establishing brand equity in new territories. He has vast experience and knowledge in manufacturing industry and has displayed strong entrepreneur skills and management capabilities by building up this industry. He is involved in the business right from conceptualization stage to execution stage like planning, monitoring the all activities. He looks after Administration, HR & Finance.

Shantanu Shaikhar

Co – Founder and Director(BTech in Computer Science)

High performance strategic thinking professional with more than 20 years experience in defense sector. Respected and self motivated professional managing multiple projects simultaneously. Extensive experience managing large scale projects from the requirements gathering phase to completion.

Andre Jacques Rayappa

Head – International Operations

Commander Anuj Kapila (Retd.) , Chief Operating Officer, is head of M&A by the Company. He is responsible for strategic planning, operations, project planning and management, technical/advisory services. He has held positions of higher responsibility and authority in areas of Operations, Training, Systems Design & Evaluation in Indian Navy from 1992 to 2016. He has been Joint Director in Indian Navy from 2011 to 2016. In recognition of his work, he has received Award of Commendation Chief of Naval Staff in 2010 in recognition of outstanding services rendered and Award of Commendation by Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command in 2008 for service rendered of an exceptional order. He holds Masters degree in Telecom from Cochin University of Science and Technology, undergone United Nations Peace Support Operations Course (UN PSO), SWISSINT, Luzern, Switzerland, Cybersecurity course at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr. Rajeev Talwar, C.F.O., is a Chartered Accountants and M.B.A (Finance) having more than 25 years of experience. Mr. Rajeev is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He is a certified USGAAP, IFRS , SAP Consultant and has held a number of leadership roles across various industries and companies including a large stint in Information Technology / ITES space. His professional journey started in 1995 as an Assistant Manager in an upcoming ITES education company and culminating the journey as Director Finance of a Global Organization. Rajeev’s experience and exposure on a global platform covers multiple areas in the Finance Industry, with expertise in Financial Control, Taxation, Business Advisory, Cross Border Taxation, Corporate Laws and Risk Management. Rajeev is a trusted advisor and mentor developing and managing high-performing finance professionals. He is an accomplished leader known for his excellent work ethics and habits. Rajeev has attended various training programs on Finance and Taxation and is a member of the eminent International Fiscal Academy of the Netherlands.
